Internal organization factors, based on 7-S Mc Kinsey & Co, are independent variable. Creativity Style, individual style in decision making and expressing new ideas named adaptor and inventor, is moderating variable.<br /><p align="justify"><br />This research is done in PT Kabelindo Murni and PT lntirub. The samples are randomly taken from different section of company that involved with innovation.<br /><p align="justify"><br />The results of this research, in the two cases, show that the main characteristics of adaptor are accurate, efficient, and doing improvement based on old ideas. Whereas the main characteristics of inventor are no doubt in expressing new ideas, risk taker, and never need anybody else supports. In PT Kabelindo Murni, there are more adaptors than inventors. Whereas in PT Intirub, there are more inventors than adaptors. Strategical policies, participation, interdisciplinary structure and shared values approvely influence innovative spirit when they interact with adaptor. Whereas, staffing approvely influence innovative spirit when it interact with inventor.<br /><p align="justify"><br />Adaptors are more influenced by internal organization factor than inventor. It means adaptors need more rules and supports than inventor. influence innovative spirit is needed so the individual with medium potential can innovate well. text
