So modeling is needed to facilitate the operator in controlling the maneuvering motion. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the system that is able to do the UAV model with the given maneuver control so that the aircraft can maneuver according to the control commands. First, the Skysurfer UAV is analyzed for their physical and geometric shapes. Then find out the aerodynamic characteristics using athena vortex lattice. Propeller trials with the engine were also carried out using wind tunnel experiement. Next, try the moment of aircraft inertia by biffilar pendulum test. Then modeling using Simulink with the characteristic components that have been obtained. This model is tested again the truth of the system and see how the static and dynamic stability. The simulation results show that static and dynamic system in the model created has successfully maneuvered control with the optimal method. text |
