Description
Summary:Kampung Bandan Station is a railway station located in between Mangga Dua Village and Ancol Village. This station has a function as a transit point, transportation transfer (intermodal), a hub (public place), and additional functions in the form of commercial functions. Access from or go to the station uses land modes such as trains, cars, public transportation, buses, and motorcycles. The topic of the final project covers the transportation aspects, are demand analysis, parking space requirements analysis, queuing analysis, pavement structure analysis, traffic impact analysis and station facility analysis. During peak hours this station can serve 850 passengers/hour. The building/platform area depends on the number of each mode during peak hours and the need per person. The platform area required by this station is 435,2 ????2. The accumulation of vehicles is analyzed to obtain the required parking area for both cars and motorcycles. The parking space requirement for cars is 450 ????2 and for motorcycles is 157,5 ????2 There are 3 counters at Kampung Bandan Station, namely ticket purchase counters, inspection gate counters, and parking entry and exit counters. There are 4 ticket purchase counters, 4 departure checkpoints, 2 arrival check-in counters, and 1 entry and exit counter for car and motorcycle parking. The pavement used is flexible pavement for access roads and rigid pavement for parking areas. The pavement thickness for the access road is 500 mm, and the pavement thickness for the parking area is 150 mm. The traffic performance assessment was analyzed based on the degree of saturation (DS). The DS on the Mangga Dua Raya road segment is 0.694, the DS on the Mangga Dua VII road segment is 0.078 and the DS for the unsignalized intersection on the Mangga Dua Raya road to Mangga Dua VII road is 0.59 and the DS for the unsignalized intersection on the Mangga road section Dua VII to Jalan Mangga Dua Raya is 0.7. Based on Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (1997), roads and intersections do not need repairs after the Kampung Bandan Station is operational because the value of DS does not exceed 0.75. Transportation facilities are designed in the form of drop zones, car and motorcycle parking, bridges for crossing people, toilets, seats, stairs/escalators, information center, place of worship, breastfeeding rooms, platforms, accessibility rooms, train track maps, tap lockets, sidewalks, metal detector, terminal, taxi stand, CCTV, audio, and signage.
