The management of agricultural information systems today are often developed into agricultural applications. Telkom Indonesia sees this as an opportunity and is developing an agricultural application under the name Agree. To continue to compete with other agricultural application developers, Telkom Indonesia needs to develop Agree to offer other services. One of the services that can be added is pest and disease management. Pest and disease management is one of the main activities in the planting phase that requires high costs. Based on these conditions, knowing what makes pest and disease management costs a lot. Another thing that becomes important for Agree is how the development of features for pest and disease management can be done. This research conducts several analyses to be able to provide solutions, analysis is done using 5Whys analysis, System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), and Data Flow Diagram. This research is carried out up to the recommended system design stage. The solution resulting from the results of the analysis is pest and disease management that can provide recommendations for the use of pesticides that are by pests and diseases experienced. Based on this stage it is known that there are 13 databases needed in creating pest and disease management applications. text
