With the development of technology, PT KPC must also develop. Regarding this matter, PT KPC has carried out the first phase of the digitization project, which focuses on optimization in the field of mining operations, such as dashboards for real time operations. The company has executed business transformations that relied on digitalization to increase process efficiency and business effectiveness. The importance of technology for the company is reflected by making technology the primary strategy to achieve the goals as depicted in the company's vision and mission. One way to make improvements in the field of technology, especially in the Human Resources section, is with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), it helps direct to employees as well as the HR division. On the employee side, of course, it will be easier in terms of their needs related to submitting leave, attendance, etc. related to HR matters. As for the HR division, it can be easier to maintain data in a system that was originally done using a manual form, but it can be transferred digitally. In this research, the author will use the Design Thinking and Lean Startup approach to do situation analysis and problem analysis. The way to see what users need in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is with Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Design Thinking, consisting of empathizing, defining, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Executing the Design Thinking process can create products that focus on the user and know what the user really needs. To better understand what users need, this study uses the Value Proposition Canvas to determine pains, gains, and customer jobs, and later will define pain relievers, gain creators, and products or services. Another framework used is the Customer Journey Map to determine the overall user experience in using the HR system. There are 7 features that are generated based on the pains and gains of the user. From a total of 7 features, RICE scoring is prioritized to find out which is more useful and a priority for users, and these features are developed to become prototypes and perform usability testing for users using completion rate. The seven features that were tested on users with usability testing were Profile Employee, EAttendance, E-Leave, Performance Employee, E-Pay, E-Hazard and E-Form. After doing a prioritization to develop the prototype of MyKPC mobile application and by using the RICE technique to determine the priority feature, there are identified that the feature most prioritized by users is E-Pay followed by Profile Employee, E-Leave, E-Hazard , E-Attendance, E-Form and the last is Employee Performance. For the results of usability testing using the completion rate, the results are obtained. For the employee performance feature and E-Pay, the completion rate is 100%. ELeave and E-Form features get 96%, then employee profile and E-Attendance get 93%. For the latter, E-Hazard gets 91%. With a completion rate limit of 78%, from this result, the prototype made is valid and can be applied to further stages text |
