The impact of this covid has an impact on finances and it will be very risky if in the future there is a pandemic again so this must be anticipated with preventive measures by analyzing the risks that exist from the solutions to be developed and the impact that will occur in some concentrations, project implementation to mitigate this risk, will have several criteria such as cost, implementation, reliability, and maintenance. Project proposals for handling and improving performance in the event of a pandemic in the future include improving websites and various apps, implementing payment gateways, financial technology that will help automatically collect data or financial records, and can create e-wallets. The biggest expense that Ace Hardware made during Q2 is this very large spending problem will become a very big problem when Ace's assets and income are reduced, Therefore, we offer various solutions to reduce expenses so that we can be more efficient. For Ace Hardware finances, expenditures that are too large can be seen in one of the points, namely "Cash Paid to Employee" because "Long Term Post-employment Liabilities" of 655.439,592,400 are the impact of PSAK 24, As for "Long Term Lease Liabilities" and " Hak Guna Assets" which are Ace Hardware's basic needs, are one of Ace Hardware's basic needs because in sales they rent out space in many malls throughout Indonesia and this is the biggest impact of PSAK 73, Operational Expenses are one of the biggest expenses for several points and it can be seen in the financial report that there are expense points that make operations the largest expenditure of Salaries, Bonuses, and Employee Benefits, Depreciation of Right of Use Assets and we can see the details Notes, Maintenance. Therefore the author wants to mitigate risk by providing a digital solution project using risk management ISO 31000 and using (Analytic Hierarchy Process ) AHP to determine which project is the best to implement first so that it can minimize the risks that exist in digital project solutions and the project can run as expected by Ace Hardware. text
