ANTI HYPERPIGMENTATION EXTRACT AND CREAM PREPARATION OF SOURSOP LEAF (ANNONA MURICATA) ON EMBRIO OF ZEBRAFISH (DANIO RERIO) AND MARMUT (CAVIA PORCELLUS)

Pigmentation is particularly compound, the causes of which are inflammation, sunlight exposure and many others. Melanocytes and the enzyme tyrosinase play a part in producing dopa and melanin are thus got simultaneously with stratum corneum cells, coming from in complications such as moles, aging...

INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/62732 Pigmentation is particularly compound, the causes of which are inflammation, sunlight exposure and many others. Melanocytes and the enzyme tyrosinase play a part in producing dopa and melanin are thus got simultaneously with stratum corneum cells, coming from in complications such as moles, aging, melasma, and solar keratosis. This is the reason for cosmetics to produce skin lightening products for the international market. However, many skin lightening products have side effects. For this infer, research has been carried out on anti-hyperpigmentation agents that have very less effectiveness and side effects. In this application, 96% ethanol extract, dechlorophyllation fraction of soursop leaves (Annona muricata) and melanogenic inhibitors (arbutin and kojic acid) were used as comparisons. Preliminary experiments in the design of DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil) and total phenolic, for in vitro assays, an incentive-based test of the tyrosinase enzyme inhibitor was carried out and in vivo experiments were carried out on zebrafish embryos as a hyperpigmented animal model. Melanin in the skin of guinea pigs (Guinea pig) with dechlorophyllated fraction which has been prepared in 1% and 2% cream preparations. Preliminary test results proved the greatest total phenolic content in dechlorophyllization fraction was 19,478 mg GAE/100 g, for DPPH the best IC50 was received in 96% ethanol extract of 36,183 µg/mL. In vitro tyrosinase enzime test results showed the best IC50 value in 96% ethanol extract of 149,3 µg/mL. The results of the in vivo experiment on zebrafish embryos revealed that the black spot area in the 96% ethanol extract at a dose of 200 ppm was 0,1391 mm2 mm2 , while the melanin content in guinea pig skin showed a decrease 30,07% of at 2% dechlorophyllation fraction cream. It can be suggested that taro rat leaf extract has life as an anti-hyperpigmentation agent. text
