Description
Summary:Kampung Bandan Railway Station Redevelopment Project in Ancol, North Jakarta, have split-form railways on ground floor and second floor with different routes. Focused design scope there are station building, station bridge, and pavement design. From the soil condition, soil in this site dominant with soft clay, therefore, some problems appear such as low bearing capacity, large settlement, and rock soil/hard soil far from the soil surface. Settlement analysis for soil subgrade using PLAXIS 2D software with some phases; excavation, replacement, and fill embankment. Soil settlement of subgrade exceed the design requirements, so it’s needed to be handled with pavement overlay. Based on that soil condition and site condition, writer choose deep foundation specifically bored pile to be the foundation of building and bridge of Kampung Bandan Railway Station, with diameters 1 meter, depth 40 meter for building and 50 meter for bridge. Foundation analysis including pile capacity analysis, pile settlement, and reinforcement detailing for pile and pilecap, which is lateral pile capacity using LPILE, and group capacity using GROUP. Design results are 4 configuration pilecap type for station building, and 1 pilecap type for station bridge.
