TPI has an obligation to prepare a capable organization before the concession contract ends. Thus, that the operator who continues the Rokan block can run the operation. At the end of its concession contract, PT. TPI has reduced work investment, which has resulted in reduced operating activities and facility improvement projects. The goal at the end of the work contract, PT. TPI only maintains the rate of decline in production which is not large. The demand from the Indonesian government in the future is energy security, thus demanding every oil and gas working block in order to increase domestic production to support the target of the Indonesian government. The challenges of the Rokan Block organization do not only come from within company and from within the country. However, there is as well as the influence of oil and gas prices which are unstable due to production and demand. Thus, this demands that oil and gas companies perform work efficiency with maximum results. Construction organizations in charge of the field to execute work programs in the field, are expected to be able to carry out their duties properly and efficiently. With this final project, the author tries to solve the final problem of the work contract of the Rokan block PT. TPI in terms of organization, especially construction organizations. The results of the research are the formulation of the problem, the determination of alternatives and the selection of alternative decisions. The problem is seen from the current condition and the achievement targets in the future. Analysis of the problem found factors from internal and external. The root of the problem is also seen by using the 5-why method. Then the problem is selected using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. At the stage of looking at decision variables and alternative solutions, it is done using the Value Focused Thinking (VFT) method. Furthermore, an analysis is carried out on the basis of a combination of qualitative and quantitative through group discussions consisting of senior leaders in the company who are also assisted by members below them who have the skills to solve the problems. Which in the end is submitted to the highest leader to make a decision on the problem. From the current construction organization, which is based on the type of work function. In the analysis process, the decision selection has 4 alternatives, including the current type of construction organization. After analyzing the selected variables. Then found an alternative to the problems that arise in this final project is to form an organization based on the work area. text |
