The progress of the creative industry is supported by digitalization that is increasingly evenly distributed in
Indonesia. It affected how Indonesian people were more aware of the creative industry world, including the design industry. The rapid movement of market demand along with the creative movement of the industry in Indonesia creates momentum for Studio Singga as a business entity in the creative industry, but this opportunity must be followed by the readiness of Studio Singga for its business processes. The implementation of the business process that Studio Singga has run in the last few years has several shortcomings and must be addressed. This resulted in a non-optimal process carried out and impacted the annual profit margins. The objective in this study is to identify the causes which made Studio Singga have a small margin of profit over expenditure over the last four years, resolve the strategy to increase the quality of project management and annual margin, also decreasing the time value map of business process, and determine the most suitable implementation plan.
This study uses a mix of quantitative and qualitative research to assess the internal and external factors

deemed detrimental and not optimal to create a new system that is more integrated by prioritizing process
effectiveness and efficiency by do a deep analytic on several aspect such as organizing performance in management control system, management team, human resource management control system, and agile project management system. Through program automation to create an agile system, some of the above aspects have been implemented in the course of this writing process with good impact and some that are still in the development process will be implemented in early 2022 with the hope that this automation process will make it easier for the glory chapter. |
