Aspects of technology based health have developed a lot today. Telepharmacy is one of the developing health aspects that can be an alternative for people to take treatment using available telecommunications. This literature study aims to collect data or information about developing telepharmaceuticals that can be used as a health aspect to help the community. Literature searches were carried out using search engines on Google Scholar, Pubmed and Science Direct with data from the last 15 years. The search results are grouped based on the researcher's name, title, year, definition of telepharmacy, country, type of service and telepharmaceutical method. Then, it was analyzed based on the NOS method (Newcastle Ottawa Scale). The telepharmaceutical system has the potential to be used in the future to support the health system, especially for people who are far from health care centers. Distance is one of the obstacles felt by the community to take treatment. With the existence of telepharmaceuticals, people can carry out treatment or care using available communication tools even at long distances. Based on the literature search, telepharmacy requires preparation and completeness in terms of infrastructure, time and finance in the future.
