The model of policy determination based on the Markov decision theory, and it will be solved by linear programming approach. The linear programming approach yields the stationary policy, its average cost, and the stationary probabilities. By linear programming approach, a sensitivity analysis can be done to see the sensitivity of the optimal solution if there is a change of parameter. text |
