The Covid-19 virus has the high level of transmission, it transmitted from person-to-person through droplets. To prevent the outbreaks, the government issued the policy about PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar ) or Large Scale Social Restriction. The policy has made lot of impact, it made the office sector changing the work behavior. The work behavior has changed workers from work from office to work from home or teleworking. The policy of PSBB also has huge impact on economic issues. The government again released the policy of the transition era called “new normal”. Thus, the work behavior has changed from work from home to work from office. Environmental changes that happened during the pandemic has affect work to know the factors that formed the work behavior on the pandemic or post-pandemic. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that formed the work behavior and figure out the changes of work behavior in Indonesia. According to Kreitner dan Kinicki (2003), there are 5 factors that formed the work behavior: motivation, attitudes, beliefs, reward, punishment, and culture. However, due to the pandemic, the related research has not been found, so it required further research because of the differences in environmental condition that happened now. This study is focused on the office worker from BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) and the government sector with productive working age in between 20-50 years old. Range of that age is the productive age for workers. This research used analysis factor eksploratory by collecting the data using literature study, and distribute the Google Form questionnaire to 375 respondents in Indonesia. The result of this study found out that there are 12 factors that become work behavior in the pandemic era. Those factors are attitude, office facilities, punishment, social relationship, work safety, work culture, extrinsic rewards, comfort, intrinsic rewards, motivation, work conditions, and office attributes. text |
