The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method, so that the sample in this study is the consumer of designandbuild.id as many as 67 people. The analytical method used in this research is structural equity modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that product quality, price, service quality, and promotion strategies had an effect on business development. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of product quality, price, service quality, and promotion strategy on business development is 84.7%. text |
