PT. XYZ appears to be less than ideal in its business activities in terms of maximizing all of the company's resources. The performance management approach employed presently still emphasizes the financial factor in its interpretation. The existing performance management system, in its current implementation, does not provide a long-term perspective and is not focused toward achieving the company's long-term sustainable results. The Knowledge-Based Performance Management System (KBPMS) framework is a suitable framework that can be utilized in the organization so that companies may compete and retain their business for the long term. This is due to KBPMS's ability to communicate the firm's vision, mission, and strategy, as well as oversee all areas of the company, both financial and non-financial, in order to achieve corporate goals. This final project generated 33 key performance indicators derived from the vision, mission, and business process derivatives. The variable linkage gives an overview of the interdependence of key indicators affecting cross-sectoral inter-departments at PT. XYZ. The four principles and five regulations in the KBPMS are used to highlight the contrast following the deployment of the new performance management system. text |

PT. XYZ is a state-owned construction company created in 1961 that was nationalized with
the vision of "To Become a Trusted and Sustainable Indonesian Company in Integrated
Construction and Investment." PT. XYZ appears to be less than ideal in its business activities
in terms of maximizing all of the company's resources. The performance management approach
employed presently still emphasizes the financial factor in its interpretation. The existing
performance management system, in its current implementation, does not provide a long-term
perspective and is not focused toward achieving the company's long-term sustainable results.
The Knowledge-Based Performance Management System (KBPMS) framework is a suitable
framework that can be utilized in the organization so that companies may compete and retain
their business for the long term. This is due to KBPMS's ability to communicate the firm's
vision, mission, and strategy, as well as oversee all areas of the company, both financial and
non-financial, in order to achieve corporate goals.
This final project generated 33 key performance indicators derived from the vision, mission,
and business process derivatives. The variable linkage gives an overview of the
interdependence of key indicators affecting cross-sectoral inter-departments at PT. XYZ. The
four principles and five regulations in the KBPMS are used to highlight the contrast following
the deployment of the new performance management system. |
