In 2018, down syndrome is the highest number of abnormalities in Indonesia at 0.21%. The prevalence rate in 2018 increased from 2010, with a prevalence of 0.12 to 0.18. However, the exact figures for children with Down syndrome in Indonesia are unknown. This shows the government's lack of effort to find data. Architectural interference can be done by providing potential development facilities for down syndrome children that consider their characteristics and needs. The integrated functions presented in this facility are the education function, the health function, the information and research function, and the social function. This project is located on Jalan Citra Green Dago, Coblong District, Bandung City, West Java. The location is selected based on the highest number of children with down syndrome prevalence in 2017 in the Priangan Region, West Java, and the Cibeunying City Sub Region, which has a special educational function. This project aims to provide facilities and services that are in accordance with the needs and limitations of children with Down syndrome so that children with Down syndrome can develop optimally and be accepted by the community. The concept applied to this design is 'Nature for Nurture'. The concept is implemented at the site through 5 implementations on site, (1) dividing green space, (2) public zones as a barrier, (3) limiting the car area, (4) parks as transition and interaction centers, and (5) corridors accompanied by the view of the vegetation. The five things implemented in the design support the creation of a salutogenic environment and a multi-sensory environment. The implementation aims to provide children with Down syndrome with comfort in their activities and to stimulate the child's sensory, motor, social, and cognitive abilities. text
