In order to increase an equal development and its products, economy raise and national stability to achieve human standart of living. The risk that banking sectors always face is Non Performing Loan (NPL) which is caused by many depreciation factors of Rupiahs rate to US Dollar, high interest, the pelanggaran of cautios principles where the process of credit is not based on right procedure and obligation which should have intended to the expantion and the raise of credit quality. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) Tbk. Is the merger of 4 banks whose stocks are belong to Republic of Indonesia which are Bank Bumi Daya, Bank Dagang Negara, Bank Exim, dan Bapindo. In the audit money report per December 31, 2005, Bank Mandiri reported that the NPL ratio is about 26.7 percent and raised from 24.6percent in third semester of 2005 or raised from 7.4percent at the end oy 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The analysis was made to filter and mapping the potential future debtor by using a new method that BCG matrix was used as the basic idea. Then from the mapping result, the risk scorring process was used to find out the risk of each sectors . From the 6 sectors which were used as the samples at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the highest risk scoring goes to the textil companie and the lowest risk of scoring goes to mineral water companies.
