In addition, this study aims to analyze the relationship between demographic factors and service access (the number of outpatient visits, inpatient visits, and duration of hospitalization). A qualitative descriptive research design was used in this research by using BPJS sample data for the 2015-2016 period. The analysis was carried out using Jamovi software version 1.6.23. Based on gender, there was no difference between men and women in accessing health services (49.1% and 50.9%). Participants with the most access were participants in the age group 26-45 years (42.0%), Participants with marital status (49.4%), and Class III services (39.0%). There was no difference in demographic factors on the frequency of outpatient visits, inpatient visits, and duration of hospitalization. text |
