The consideration regarding worker autonomy is that human resources have great control over their careers. The establishment of this school also considers the characteristics of the location. The project is located in a rural area with high agrarian potential. Agricultural land use is extensive and has the opportunity to become a renewable resource that can be utilized by local residents. The purpose of designing this vocational school is to become a means of utilizing local agricultural potential with a design that adapts to technology. The area of this vocational school is 8,124 m2 and was established on an area of approximately 2.5 hectares. The functions of the facilities in this vocational school include general learning rooms, special learning rooms, and supporting rooms. The capacity of this vocational school can accommodate up to 500 students. This vocational school has three groups of expertise, namely the program of plant cultivation expertise, processing of plant cultivation products, and agricultural machinery. Raharja Lemah Cai Agricultural Vocational High School is designed to improve the quality of vocational education by creating collaborative, creative, safe, and inclusive learning spaces. The design concept of this vocational school takes inspiration from nature, namely plots of rice fields. The pattern of the plots was composed according to the contours of the site and designed to alternate between the mass of the building and the outside space as an effort to collaborate with nature. On a micro scale, the collaboration element is a step to create a creative learning space. The flexibility of the wall area between classes can create a wider discussion space. In addition, this vocational school also pays attention to security and inclusion aspects. The staircase design integrated with the sanitation function is likened to a security tower. The tower is spread over three multi-floor mass connecting points and directly faces the field area. Meanwhile, the inclusion aspect of this school is contained in the ramp design that connects the lower and upper classrooms. The design of the Raharja Lemah Cai Agricultural Vocational High School had four masses, three paths, and several outdoor spaces. Each mass is built with a steel structure. The northern mass is a formal support room with a split building form as the main access to the school area. The function of this space is a hall, teacher's room, and amphitheater. The eastern mass consists of three floors. This mass is a supporting and learning space with an elongated building form in the form of a chop between the outer and inner spaces. Outdoor spaces are light and air paths for the surrounding spaces. Outside spaces also become pockets for evacuation routes. The southern mass is a vocational education practice space. This mass is plural in number and is integrated with the functions of the prayer room, irrigation, and arable land. The western mass consists of three floors. This mass is a supporting and learning space in the form of a building of two colliding blocks. The main block consists of the mass of the inner and outer space with similar functions to the eastern mass. Meanwhile, the other block is mass for ramp as a function of shading and cooling. The four main masses are connected by a shady path in the form of a corridor. Around the main mass there are also service and irrigation lines. Meanwhile, the outdoor space consists of a garden, parking lot, field, and land for plant cultivation. text
