Summary:Modernization has increased consumer demand in the Muslim fashion market regarding the growing fashion trends. The increase occurred because of the desire to carry out Islamic values along with the desire to follow the development of global fashion trends, especially among young women. With the majority of the Indonesian population being Muslim, the trend of modest fashion has also been formed as a lifestyle in Indonesian Muslim society. Therefore, the modest fashion market segmentation was formed according to the gender, age and activity needs of its users who offer various style variants. Where, the main focus in this research is the modest kidswear segmentation. Considering that the target consumers are children who are creatures with a high sensitivity reaction to clothes, and they are also creatures who like to play and have active movements. Thus, special attention must be paid to designing children's clothing, such as prioritizing comfort, independence, appearance, and growth features. Based on this phenomenon, an analysis was carried out which resulted in an explanation of the role of the modest kidswear industry in utilizing the latest global fashion trends in the creative process of designing clothing designs. In addition, providing recommendations for modest kidswear designs for girls aged 6-12 years adapting the latest global kidswear trends; Spring/Summer 2021. Which is then presented with an aesthetic analysis related to children's needs in clothing, in order to develop the modest fashion industry so that it has high competitiveness in Indonesia and at the international level in more varied market segmentation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach whose research process is in the form of collecting and compiling data, regarding visual adaptation, fashion trends, modest kidswear and the development of children as fashion consumers through literature studies, interviews, and observations which will then present the results of the analysis.
