Covid-19 Pandemic has brought companies to a VUCA condition (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity). Every company needs to have a development plan related to its aspects. This condition forces the company to make various breakthroughs with creative ideas to adapt to strengthen business performance. In conducting this research, the research method used is exploratory (qualitative) research between interviews and literature study. Several analytical techniques, including PESTEL Analysis, Porter's 5 Forces, VRIO Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and TOWS Matrix, were developed in this study. The results of this research state that digitalization through the development of business processes is one of the solutions in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic to improve business performance. Similar companies are recommended to implement digitalization in their business processes, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
