The companies faced to a choice either growing as fast as the industry growth, or left behind relatively compared to others. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. INTI is one of the telecommunication infrastructure service players. Currently, PT. INTI facing severe challenges from inside and outside of the corporation which are lowering it competitive advantage position and overall profitability. To resolve this problem, PT. INTI must revamp their corporate strategy. With the new corporate strategy, each business unit will accomplish their business strategy in order to keep the company survive and grow in the industry. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> There are three steps in order to develop a corporate strategy. Those steps are the identification step, formulation step, and implementation step. Identification step is an external-internal environment analysis to identify strategic factors. Formulation step is used to narrowing choices among many of the strategic factors to be a less number of more reasonable and most important factors using IFAS EFAS matrices, Four Basic Strategy matrix, The Value Disciplines and Grand Strategy matrices. Implementation step is using the popular Strategy Maps. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Result in the research shown that PT. INTI doesnt have enough strength to compete directly with the existing competitors. In order to survive, PT. INTI suggested building their competences, developing integrated system and system that will drive to condition for operational excellent. To reinforce own strength, PT. INTI should make a strategic alliances with other company. text
