large market for electric vehicles in the world, but the number of users of electric vehicles is still
very small, which makes the potential in Indonesia is still very large. Electric vehicles are currently
being developed only for short-distance human mobilization and there are no electric vehicle
manufacturers and developers specifically targeting the food transportation segment. Food
delivery in Indonesia is growing rapidly with people's shopping patterns which are currently
mostly done through mobile applications for various needs including basic needs such as food
delivery services. Food service companies provide delivery services to increase sales and reach
more consumers. However, further research and data collection is still needed. Data collection
includes literature studies, interviews and further field observations to find the concept of an
electric vehicle that fits the needs of food delivery. The next step is to apply the concept to a design
prototype. |
