Summary: | Mahligai Alam Apartment located in BSD City, Tangerang is an apartment complex consisting of three apartment towers with residential dan commercial function. There are two 24 story condominium apartments , one 24 story serviced apartment, and a 4 story basement. The top elevation of all the apartment is at 100 m and the depth of the basement is 15 m. This final project is focused on serviced apartment structural design that is sufficient to resist earthquake load and the structure functional load with factor of redundancy of 1 in accordance to the requirement of SNI 1726:2019 on Design Procedures of Earthquake Resistant Building and Non-Building Structures and SNI 1727:2020 on Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures. The structure is designed using reinforced concrete with dual structural system consisting of special shearwall system and special moment resisting frame that is able to resist at least 25% seismic design forces. The apartment’s structure is then modeled with CSI ETABS 18 software. According to design results, the apartment’s structure has 3 type of irreguralities which are type 1a horizontal irregularities,type 2 horizontal irregularities and type 2 vertical irregularities. The apartment structural’s component consists of 5 types of beam, 5 types of column, 2 types of shear wall, and 1 type of slab. The rebars of the structural’s component are designed in accordance to SNI 2847:2019 on mengenai Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung. |
