Description
Summary:The Indonesian Language Museum building consists of four floors and one basement floor with different floor areas on each level. The superstructure of the building is designed as an earthquake-resistant building with a soft soil site class (SE), seismic design category D (KDS D) and a special moment resisting reinforced frame structure system (SRPMK). Structural modeling was carried out with the help of ETABS software. The analysis includes checking the modal participating mass ratio, determining the period of the fundamental structure, scale factor, checking for irregularities, checking inter-deviation, checking P-delta effects, checking redundancy, as well as reinforcement and detailing design. Seismic analysis was carried out using the response spectra method. All design stages follow the provisions in SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019 The substructure in the form of a foundation is designed with a bored pile type with a pile length of 22 m. Foundation design includes the analysis of the bearing capacity of the foundation, the settlement of the foundation, and the reinforcement of the foundation. Determination of bearing capacity consists of calculating the axial bearing capacity and lateral bearing capacity using LPILE and GROUP software. Analysis of foundation settlement in the form of elastic settlement and differential settlement. The foundation design follows the provisions in SNI 8460:2017 and SNI 2847:2019.
