In its implementation in The First Level Health Facility (FKTP) free application can be directly used by doctors to provide this teleconsultation service, its utilization has not been optimal.
When the COVID-19 epidemic struck Indonesia, the government imposed social restrictions on its people in order to reduce the possibility of COVID-19 transmission. As a result, those who need treatment had difficulty accessing Health Facility Services. The JKN Faskes Mobile Application, which should act as a solution for more than 82 percent of Indonesia's population as JKN members, has also seen a declining trend in its adoption by doctors at Primary Health Facilities.
The purpose of this study is to propose a business strategy and its implementation plan for increasing the adoption of the JKN Faskes Mobile Application in FKTP JKN. In developing an appropriate strategy, the factors that influence the doctor's desire to use the application will be studied so that internal and external factors that influence the use of the JKN Faskes Mobile Application can be identified. Furthermore, it is also studied what features need to be developed from the JKN Faskes Mobile Application so that it can propose a value-oriented service product that is expected by doctors as users of this application.
The findings revealed that Mobile JKN Faskes Applications several of its features require refinement and that the most important element driving their deployment is Social Influence in the context of teleconsultation services. In this study, the research framework that composes consists of Internal Analysis with Interviews, RBV, VRIO, and Value Chain. Then for External Analysis using PESTEL, Custom Analysis, and Competitor Analysis. Value Proposition Canvas was presented as part of the Formulation Strategy, followed by the Diamond Model as strategists in recommending an effective application development implementation plan. |
