Summary: | PT. Sejahtera Sama-sama Syariah is one of the banks in Indonesia that focuses on providing banking services to customers. The bank always strives to provide added value and change the lives of everyone it serves. In the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, PT Sejahtera Sama-sama Syariah shows its focus by monitoring all employee activities including employee mobility outside the office through the media for filling out the Covid-19 Self-Assessment. However, there was a significant increase in the number of employees in June 2021. PT. Sejahtera Sama-sama Syariah needs to evaluate the policy for filling out the Covid-19 Self-Assessment in order to make the best decisions in implementing the Covid-19 Self-Assessment.
The ultimate goal of this project is to evaluate the implementation of the Covid-19 Self-Assessment filling in PT. Sejahtera Sama-sama Syariah then uses the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method in making decisions and looking for the best alternative solution in implementing the Covid-19 Self-Assessment to reduce the number of employees exposed to Covid-19.
The results of the research and analysis conducted found that to reduce the number of employees exposed to Covid-19 by increasing the frequency of filling out the Covid-19 Self-Assessment and adjusting scores on several variables that had a significant effect on the probability of employees being exposed to Covid-19 so that supervision could be maximized.
The results of the research and analysis propose the 2 best solutions that management can choose in monitoring the health and mobility of employees through the Covid-19 Self-Assessment Filling, namely SA-C 2 or SA-C 1. The alternative to SA-C 2 is the Covid-19 Self-Assessment with daily charging frequency and adjusted variable score. While the alternative for SA-C 1 is the Covid-19 Self-Assessment with the frequency of filling every 3 days and the score variable has been adjusted. |
