Summary:Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise is one of Indonesia's economic engines. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, which has reduced income, the performance of the MSME company sector has deteriorated. Customers of Bank Hikmah Amanah, whose business focuses on serving the ultramicro segment, are likewise subject to this stipulation. The bank's economic performance had shifted, and many clients complained that their operations were being constricted as a result of difficulties acquiring additional money, increasing demand, and procuring raw supplies. According to previous research Bank materials, there were four constraints that made it difficult for the micro business sector to flourish, in addition to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic: access to education, market access, financial access, and production management access. In addition, Bank Hikmah Amanah's management is concentrating on improving IT skills. This is the focus. This focus is to aid in the acceleration of operations and business processes, including the development of tools and programs that can assist ultra micro customers in increasing their company resilience and avoiding Dropouts. The focus of this research is to identify of changes in the mindset and behavior of financing customers during the post-pandemic and formulating effective strategies to strengthen and accelerate the growth of micro financing business customers. Research analysis using External framework in the form of PESTEL, Porter Five Forces, and Competitor Analysis and Internal analysis using VRIO framework and an overview of the current Business Modal Canvas. Data collection methods using In Depth Interview on the type of qualitative research and questionnaire survey on the type of quantitative research. Strategy formulation in this research uses SWOT analysis, TOWS Matrix and Value Proposition Canvas to produce an appropriate Business Model Canvas proposal. The results of this study state that microfinance customers need assistance and digital educational media that they can use for business management in financial aspects, marketing aspects, and aspects of providing raw materials. This result is in line with the initiation and results of interviews with manager levels, in which customers need training and assistance programs with access to digitalization to, accelerate business growth.
