This research was conducted to see the culture of corporate entrepreneurship in state-owned mining companies, one of which is MIND ID, that is PT. Antam, PT. Bukit Asam, and PT. Timah. The author also conducted a comparative study of corporate entrepreneurship culture in a private mining company, namely PT. Golden Eagle Energy, PT. Aditama Energy, and PT. Angsana Jaya Energy. This study uses two methods, the Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ). EOS is used to measure corporate entrepreneurship culture and ELQ to see entrepreneurial characteristics in expected leadership and actual conditions of its implementation. This research was conducted by all employees at various levels and divisions in the six companies. The EOS results show that mining SOEs have a corporate entrepreneurship culture that stands out in good inter-divisional collaboration and the company supports employees in creating new ideas. Meanwhile, private mining companies have a corporate entrepreneurship culture that stands out for the company's speed in overcoming problems and the company's focus. This cultural weakness in each company shows a future orientation that is less planned and strategic planning is still lacking. The ELQ results show that mining SOEs have the type of leadership in entrepreneurship, namely the Miner type. Meanwhile, in private mining companies, the leadership type of the company is Explorer. text |
