Summary:Farming and Agriculture business is one of the best option for entrepreneurs to start their own business because every people need food or beverage for their live. To create the business ecosystem, entrepreneurs may face various challenges starting from, building the field into farming and agriculture place, and selling to vendors and customers at certain time. Brand awareness is also a critical task to be executed because customers do not recognize and trust a new company. This research is aimed to improve business performance of one farming and agriculture SME by creating company’s brand awareness, increasing customer engagement rate, and maximizing company’s profit. In this research, the researcher would like to implement an effective marketing strategy by selling one of the company’s product (duck) to supermarket and restaurant as a potential business partner. The research is started with identifying the problem, analyzing company’s internal and external situation, and formulate the strategy and implementation plan. After examining the research, the researcher recommends the company to change the product, create a new promotion strategy, and revise its STP and Marketing mix.
