Summary:PT. KMI (Kristal Motor Indonesia) is a company that operates as a car manufacturer for the Kristal Motor brand in Indonesia. This company was founded in 2015. As a new company, of course, there are many obstacles to be faced. One of them comes from the operation management system. Problems that arise usually stem from a change; the changes that occur are informed to the 4M information system. However, the implementation of 4M information can create problems, especially the lack of timely information/approval from the relevant parties. Of course, this can lead to poor results. This can be avoided through proper 4M information distribution processes. Therefore, with the implementation of digital transformation, it is expected to be able to easily monitor the changes that occur. The main focus of this research is to find out how digital transformation can best be applied in the 4M distribution information system in this company. From the results of interviews obtained from several respondents based on qualitative research methodology, it was found the current condition of the implementation of 4M change management and what issues are occurring. Whether these issues can be fixed by implementing a digital-based 4M management system and how effective is the application of the digital system in assisting the vehicle manufacturing process are the main concerns. From the results of the interviews, it was found patterns of mind mapping and root cause analysis, which from the data found problems that could be fixed by implementing digital transformation in the 4M information system. Although the implementation cannot be implemented directly and needs to be done in stages, aka carried out in a hybrid system (a combination of a manual system and a digital system)
