Domestic wastewater uses on agricultural is one of the solutions used by farmers in Bojongosang District in overcoming water shortages in the dry season. This study was conducted to identify the effect of using domestic wastewater on digestive and skin disorders complaints in farmers. This study used a cross-sectional design with data collection methods is questionnaires and observations, with a total sample of 53 samples in the studied group and 27 samples in the control group. The data were analyzed descriptively and statistically with the Kendall-Tau correlation test, Chi Square test, and logistic regression. The results showed that there was a significant relation between domestic wastewater use and digestive disorders complaints (p = 0.006; OR = 5,677; 95% CI = 1,519 – 21,226). A significant relation was also found between domestic wastewater use and skin disorders complaints (p = 0.02; OR = 3.08; 95% CI = 1.179 – 8.046). Based on these results, it can be concluded that domestic wastewater uses on agricultural has a negative impact on the health of farmers.
