Summary: | This research examines the factors contributing the prospective acquisition of PT Daya Gagas Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “fishOn”) in the perspectives of the fishOn’s founders (hereinafter referred to as “founders”) using McKinsey’s 7S framework. Further, this study also examines the business strategy of New Business. Within this research, it has been argued that the founders’ objectives should remain attainable despite the opportunity costs that they have to bear with. The prospective synergy of both parties is deemed to have greater probability in accelerating its business growth through capital, talents, and products, nonetheless, are prone to be driven by bureaucratic challenges. This research analyzes business strategy theory to construct a cohesive model, and to identify current state of conditions according to the founder’s perspectives and implementation plan are essential to expedite the firm’s growth. |
