However, in the implementation phase the SRO have several constraints especially in organizing task force both in the internal level and in the industry level. This final project proposed several recommendation to be considered by the SRO, it include reorganizing the task force using Market-oriented Ecosystem (MOE) model, and improvement on the change management to support the reorganization. text
