In order to obtain accurate results, the system load damping and governor response are taken into consideration, after obtaining the total load to be shedded, the location and magnitude of the load shedding for each substation will be determined using voltage sensitivity. An adaptive load shedding method considering inertia and system frequency response is designed in this research.
