At first, the inertia of the system will be calculated and then the amount of load to be shedded is calculated using swing equation. In order to obtain accurate results, the system load damping and governor response are taken into consideration, after obtaining the total load to be shedded, the location and magnitude of the load shedding for each substation will be determined using voltage sensitivity.
