In addition, underwater diversity and fish are abundant. Due to this, most of the population in Indonesia are fishermen. However, there are obstacles that most fishermen do not have health, safety, and work security tools that have not been met. Traditional fishermen do not have adequate communication tools when looking for fish in the middle of the sea. Conventional means of communication cannot be used while at sea. Because of this, fishermen can endanger themselves in the event of a natural disaster. To answer these problems, a fisherman radio system and a web dashboard were created on the VHF frequency. Making this system can send the latest data from fishermen who are at sea. The data can be received by beach officials and will be visualized using a web dashboard. This system can work to send location data from the transmitter device to the receiver device. The receiving device will be integrated with the integration device so that the data can be processed and displayed on the fisherman's radio web dashboard. The fisherman's radio web dashboard can display that location on a map and the user details of the device. The web dashboard also displays data from fishermen. The features in it also include weather forecasts, notifications in the event of an accident, and a login feature for beach officers. authentication feature that is used to maintain the security of the radio fisherman's web dashboard system. To maintain security from hackers, an SSL certificate system is also used to make the website much more secure. Testing of the fisherman radio web dashboard system was carried out using GTmetrix to measure the performance of the system and also using the UTAUT survey model to measure the level of comfort, convenience, and functionality of the system.
