ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The unbilieveble fast development era has pushing all of the pattern life become more simple and efective with the limited land, one of them is a pattern work system which more variation and opened, to support a maximum work product. On the other side, sitting culture (decently and etc.) which has a very strong influance on Indonesian people (Asian) makes the special gesture and sitting position of the Indonesian peoples work pattern. On this time, all sorts of sitting gesture an position at work unsupported by workstation that we have, especially for general workstation users, even though the high of pattern work team rank so much needs the workstation facilities which can be supporting the pattern work team. Adaptable system and adjustable workstation with sitting position application, gesture and Indonesian attitude is to be expected can overcome those problem, with a system on workstation which easylly adaptable with the function changing surrounding.
