One of the hazard risks that can arise in the construction of toll roads is the Girder Erection process. In the construction of this toll road, most of the Girder Erection processes work at high altitudes so that the Girder Erection work carries a high risk. The research was conducted at PT. Waskita Karya is the construction project for the Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu Section 2A Ujung toll road. Hazard identification and risk analysis by conducting observations, interviews, using Fine method, and distributing questionnaires for each Girder Erection work activity. Based on interviews and observations, it was found that environmental conditions, such as: temperature, noise, and lighting in the Girder Erection process were quite comfortable and according to standards and every work activity in the Girder Erection process, namely crane and mobile crane mobilization, crane installation, beam girder installation, and Girder Erections. In addition, the risks that can occur in the Girder Erection process are crane fell, transport trailer got into accident, got stuck under crane, hit by crane, landslide cause by poor soil, got stuck under girder, hit by girder, girder fell, broken strand cable, girder broke, workers fell from height, noisy crane, and many more. From the hazard identification and risk analysis, risk control proposals can be given for each activity and work step in the Girder Erection process to reduce the risk of existing hazards. text
