Summary: | In this current pandemic situation, most of the employees around the world are full time away from the
office and working from home. This pandemic has suddenly changed how people work and it is not yet
very clear how long we have to continue working from home. The pandemic situation is forcing everyone
to adapt, the ITB Dormitory Tutor is no exception. ITB Dormitory Tutors are second-year to final year
students who are responsible for fostering the character of first-year students. This organization is under
Direktorat Kemahasiswaan Institut Teknologi Bandung (DITMAWA ITB) and Direktorat Sarana dan
Prasarana ITB. The author found a decrease in performance during WFH (Work from Home) in the form
of KPI achievement decreasing from 84.20% to 82.50%. The author adapts the MARS model using a
quantitative approach to determine whether WFH has an effect on the Individual Performance (IP) of ITB
Dormitory Tutors. MARS model of Individual Performance and Behavior consists of 4 variables, namely
Motivation (M), Ability (A), Role Perception (RP) and Situational Factor (SF). The tool used was a
questionnaire which is distributed through online to find out which indicators were approved by the ITB
Dormitory Tutor. The author took 83 samples from 104 populations. The data were analyzed by the PLS-
SEM method using SmartPLS application for validity and reliability test. Results of this study indicate that
there is a positive significant influence of Situational Factor (SF) and Mental Ability (A) on Individual
Performance (IP). With the results obtained, this study can be said to be useful to present concrete evidence
that WFH affects Individual Performance (IP). |
