Summary: | North Aceh BAPPEDA as one of the government agencies in running the organization is also inseparable from employee performance problems as happened in other similar organizations and even business corporations. This study aims to determine the problems faced in improving their performance by optimizing human resource management strategies as formulated as to appraise employee performance, to examine strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, and to formulate new suitable strategies that can improve the performance of the employees in BAPPEDA North Aceh government offices as the objectives. Through this research, the writer will analyze the data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, as well as supporting secondary data to see the current condition of the organization and the opportunities that can be achieved to improve issues and improve performance. BARS survey, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis were used to formulate organizational HR strategy for BAPPEDA North Aceh. The results of this study to overcome problems and improve employee performance BAPPEDA are implement several new HR policies and systems and several additional technologies to assist and support employee workflows to be more effective and efficient. |
