Jambi Rock Mining Company is a company engaged in the construction stone mining sector. Mining is carried out in the company using heavy equipment and safety procedures so that mining can run. There are still many accidents and complaints in this company where workers experience stress. This study aims to learn about safety climate and job stress and their influence on safety performance. Safety climate can be defined as the perception that an organization has regarding safety issues in their work environment. Job stress is felt to give pressure due to excessive workload mental and emotional tension that can hinder individual performance in their work. Safety Performance is the quality of employee performance related to safety objectives. This research was conducted at Jambi Rock Mining Company in the stone mining division by taking samples of all 85 employees. By using SPSS, this research uses multiple linear regression to find the relationship between two variables, namely safety climate, and job stress, on safety performance. This study found that if the two variables had a sig value <0.05, the data concluded that the two variables influenced safety performance. The analysis of alternatives also found which items affect the decrease in safety performance from the job stress and safety climate variables. Of the job stress variables are items 18 and 19, then from the safety climate variable are items number 37,38,39 40,41,42,43, and 44
