Summary:The food and beverage business is one of the fastest growing businesses in Indonesia. Even though it is still during the COVID-19 pandemic, business in this sector is one that is growing quite rapidly. Entering the era of the digital economy that is currently happening helps business actors in this sector in developing their business both in terms of cost reduction and in terms of marketing. Locococo is a business engaged in the food sector that sells products in the form of Greek Donuts located in Bandung. Locococo is currently facing several problems. The problems that occur are: the lack of customer brand awareness of the Locococo brand and a very significant decline in sales since it was first opened. Therefore, this final project aims to assist Locococo in producing strategies that can be used by Locococo in solving its problems as well as developing its business. In this research, a new business model will also be designed that has been adapted to the strategy that has been designed. This study will use several analyzes both external and internal. External analysis will involve PEST Analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, Customer Analysis, and Competitor Analysis. Then for the internal analysis that will be used is to use the Business Model Canvas and also VRIO Analysis. After the analysis has been carried out, a SWOT analysis will be carried out followed by the TOWS Matrix to produce strategies that are in accordance with the conditions of Locococo. After that, a new business model is designed that has been adapted to the given strategy. In this study also conducted data collection by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results of the strategy design that have been carried out have resulted in 12 strategies that can be given to Locococo to overcome problems and also develop business.
