Summary: | The large number of banks in Indonesia makes the performance of bank services must be improved. To
face the intense competition between competitors, competent human resources are needed. One of the
banks that implement it is PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten, Tbk. or Bank Peony.
As a transition objective in the previous two years, the company focuses on expanding the foundation
from strong to solid in its human resource operations and management in 2020. In order to support the
Human Capital Life Cycle, the company continues to update and enhance rules in terms of compliance
with the norms and standards of good governance. To find out work experience while working at Bank
Peony, it is necessary to research so that it can become a new benchmark for companies in managing
employees, especially in this COVID-19 era. In addition, the company can find out what aspects need to
be improved. This study uses quantitative method by using Bersin’s Framework, then distributing online
e questionnaires to 109 employees of Bank Peony Cirebon branch. From the results of the study found
three dimensions that need to be improved by the company, namely flexible hours and workspace,
inclusivity, diversity, and a sense of belonging, and community, last is psychological and emotional
wellbeing and support. Based on these results, this study proposes several solutions that can be considered by Bank Peony Cirebon branch. |
