From 2015 to 2019, 1000 km of toll roads have been built all over the country. To support this development, suppliers are needed who are able to supply appropriate and sufficient raw materials. PT Andesite Company is a company that produces andesite materials. PT Andesite Company has a crushing plant with a maximum capacity of 250 tph. PT Andesite Company produces several types of andesite aggregates according to market needs. Based on a production review during 2021, the achievement of PT Andesite Company's production capacity is very low. The monthly target only reaches 69% of the tonnage target with a high maintenance and standby rate reaching 43% of the available working hours. With these conditions, PT Andesite Company needs to find out the root cause of the low production capacity. This research aims to find out the root of the problem and find ways to maintain the achievement of production capacity. This research is done by conducting focus group discussions to find out the root cause. It is known that there are 4 important points that become the root cause of this condition. They are grouped into 4 namely materials, machines, manpower, and methods. Through this research, it is known that in order to improve and maintain the achievement of production capacity there are several things that need to be done, including making an integration system (Andesite Company Information Center / ACIC) to improve communication within PT Andesite Company, adding spare parts storage warehouses, conducting FSN analysis to find out the level of use of spare parts, followed by conditioning preventive maintenance, then making a min-max regulation to control inventory levels, creating a vendor database to make it easier to find vendors, redesigning the purchasing process and entering into supply contracts with suppliers. By making these improvements, PT Andesite Company can increase the achievement of production capacity and maintain this achievement. text
