Summary:The train station is a supporting facility for the rail transportation mode widely accessed by Indonesians, including persons with disabilities vulnerable to discrimination in their daily lives. People with disabilities need accessibility to circulate well in an interior space; however, many public facilities in Bandung do not meet the universal design standards and are not accessible for people with disabilities. This research was conducted to identify the constraints and adjustment efforts of PT. KAI DAOP 2 has made at the Bandung Station - North Gate building against applicable universal design standards (PM PUPR No. 14 of 2017 and PM of Perhub No. 63 of 2019). Studies on alternative solutions that are efficient and effective are carried out at the critical point of the problem at Bandung Station - North Gate building.
