Summary: | PT Asia Health Energi Beverages (AHEB) is a company specialized in the energy
drink industry. As a company that is currently in the mature phase, the company
focuses on business sustainability. However, the company currently does not have
a company-level performance measurement model and does not yet have a system
that can monitor company’s performance.
This study discusses the design of a company-level performance assessment model
using the framework of the balanced scorecard (BSC) model as well as the design
of an information system that can accommodate the company's performance
monitoring activities on a regular basis. The information system design process
includes identifying business and information system requirements, defining
process requirements, and creating a dashboard user interface for monitoring
company’s performance.
This research delivered four company-level balanced scorecards, each of which
represents financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process
perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The balanced scorecard includes
12 types of company-level KPIs. In addition, this research also produced user
interface designs of dashboard of performance monitoring information systems that
can be used as a reference in building information systems in the future. However,
both the results of the performance measurement model design and the information
system design can still be developed further according to the company's needs in
the future.
