ANALYSIS OF OBEDIENCE PATTERNS ON HEALTH PROTOCOL IN COVID-19 PANDEMIC BEFORE AND AFTER PPKM THROUGH SPEARMAN CORRELATION

This is aimed at increasing the level of public compliance in order to suppress the increase in COVID 19 cases in Indonesia. Based on this, this final project will analyze the pattern of adherence to health protocols before PPKM (11 December 2020 - 10 January 2021) and after PPKM (11 January 2021 - 10 February 2021). The city of Bandung has a pattern of increasing cases similar to Indonesia, so it was chosen for the case study. The Bandung city government monitors community compliance as represented by locations. This compliance consists of 14 health protocols which are recorded as “0” meaning non-compliance and “1” meaning compliance. These protocols are divided into 3 categories based on their implementation, namely A(Individual), B(Facility Manager), and C(System Manager). Analysis of this level of compliance pattern will be carried out through Spearman correlation so that it requires data on an ordinal or ratio scale. Based on this, data conversion is carried out from nominal to ordinal scale. The ordinal scale is divided into 4 levels with 1 representing very disobedient to 4 being very compliant. Of the 8 SWKs (Sub-City Areas), 7 SWKs were selected which were seen as observations. Through descriptive statistics, it was found that SWK Ujung Berung experienced a decrease in compliance after PPKM, while SWK Tegalega was the opposite. In the same period, the distribution of other SWK compliance levels is more spread out. While the pattern of compliance in the 14 categories of health protocols, there was a change in the pattern of increasing compliance which after PPKM the increase in the pattern of compliance in the category of facilities and systems with the individual category decreased. Based on the results of the analysis through the confidence interval of the correlation coefficient in the two periods, it can be concluded that the implementation of PPKM has an effect on the distribution of the level of adherence to health protocols but has no effect on the correlation between protocols. text
