Summary:Along with the increase in cases of baggage handling errors at airports due to route errors, a system is needed to be able to track the location of baggage in real-time to the baggage owner. As the implementation of the tracking system must have a data center that is able to process information on the results of reading the location of the baggage by reading the RFID tag into information that can be received by the owner of the baggage through a user interface. The proposed design of this system consists of 2 main blocks, Database and Data Processing. The database used is NoSQL MongoDB and the server as data processing uses NodeJS. To be able to present information to the web user interface, the ExpressJs framework is used. The system receives information from a RFID reader device with the MQTT protocol. When the verification of the results of the reading of the tag location indicate that the baggage has a route error, the system will send an error notification email to the baggage.
