Summary:This office in Alam Sutera is an office that provide for the creative industry sector. Being in a strategic area and having a healthy green living concept makes the environment around this office more comfortable. The office with a site area of around 10,000 m2 consists of 2 basement floors and 2 towers where tower 1 consists of 23 floors while tower 2 consists of 17 floors. The plumbing system that provide clean water use a roof tank with two sources of water, clean water from PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja and recycled water. The water requirement for an office building is 325.56 m3/day to serve 2718 people. The volume of the ground tank for primary clean water required is 271 m3 and for the roof tank is 163 m3. The volume of the ground tank for secondary water is 174 m3 and on for the roof tank is 104 m3. For waste water, a separate plumbing system is used between black water and grey water. The produced black water is 52.08 m3/day which will be flowed into the septic tank while the grey water is 208.32 m3/day which will be treated with a biofilter and then used for flushing purposes. The volume of the septic tank required is 315.4 m3 and for the biofilter it is 161.6 m3. For the vent, a vent loop system is used which can serve a maximum of 8 units of plumbing equipment. Rainwater that falls on the roof will enter the roof drain and be channeled by a rainwater standpipe which will then be channeled into the secondary ground tank which will be used for the fire extinguisher system, the water requirement for the fire extinguisher system is 252 m3. The number of hydrants needed is 75 hydrants and 2821 sprinklers. The budget plan required for the procurement of an office building plumbing system is Rp. 15.991.409.883
