This can result in premature stiffness of the concrete. The purpose of the study was to identify and evaluate the effect of casting time on the achievement of the compressive strength and flexural strength values of laboratory tests and compare them with the results of field compressive strength testing with core drill testing, conduct field visual inspections to identify cracks caused by the casting process and evaluate The effect of field compressive strength values on the performance of rigid pavement structures was modeled using the mechanistic-empirical method using the finite element-based KENPAVEKENSLABS software. This research was conducted on various variations of casting time, namely casting during the day, evening and night by testing the evaporation rate and making samples of cylinder, beam and core drill specimens. Samples of cylindrical and beam specimens were treated by immersion and without immersion. The evaporation rate in daytime and evening casting is greater than that of night casting, where the parameters of concrete temperature and wind speed are the most influential. The test results for samples of specimens treated with immersion compressive and flexural strength values are greater than samples of specimens treated without immersion. The results of the field compressive strength test for core drill specimens for daytime casting are 314.60 kg/cm2, afternoon casting 315.06 kg/cm2 and 351.82 kg/cm2 at night. Cracks due to the casting process are more commonly found in castings carried out during the day and evening. Evaluation of the performance of rigid pavement structures with mechanisticempirical methods using KENPAVE KENSLABS Software based on the value of the compressive strength of the core drill specimen field where the greater the compressive strength, the greater the maximum structural stress capacity, the smaller the cracking index and the increasing design life. The thicker the concrete slab, the smaller the maximum stress due to repeated loads, the smaller the cracking index and the increased design life. text
